The Eblana String Trio consistently wins praise from audiences and critics alike for the depth and insight of their performances. The programme includes two beautiful trios by British composers, the Moeran full of folksong references and the Alwyn, probably written in the 1920s but given its first performance in 2017 by the Eblana Trio.  Mozart’s extraordinary Divertimento K563 is a late work, composed in the same year as his last three symphonies.  and often considered to be his finest achievement in chamber music.
